TV Mike and the Scarecrowes

The Scarecrowes formed in the Summer of 2006 during a steamy Indiana Summer. While the world focused on futbol, these kindred spirits began writing folk songs about trains and nature and listening to Delbert McClinton. The lovely arms of Bloomington allowed them to incubate and start recording. Life After Futbol represents the fruits of there labor. Seven simple songs that sway like a rocking chair on a porch covered in Maker's Mark bottles and cheeks worn from smiling. Simplicity always seems to be an effective vessel to take one's ears away to a land full of limestone forests and swimming holes.
