Bill Wesley has spent a life time sticking to the course on creating a new cultural treasure-house of ideas in many areas. The array orchestra is only one facet of the wide-ranging package of what has been developed. A new theory/philosophy of emotion is at the core of all that has been accomplished so far and will hopefully further be accomplished in the future.
